How to Obtain Warranty Service
If a customer have a faulty product and it is covered by this Product Warranty, the customer should contact ALIA Global Pty Ltd at the earliest opportunity:
a) by phone on +61 03 9219 0189; or
b) by email at sales@aliaglobal.com.au
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at sales@aliaglobal.com.au to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please provide the following information:
a) Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).
b) A detailed description of the issue.
c) Photographs or videos of the defect, if applicable.
d) Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
2 Year Warranty To assist us to process any future warranty claim you may have, kindly e-mail sales@aliaglobal.com.au. Please ensure that a copy of the sales receipt is uploaded during the online claim.
Changes to Warranty Policy ALIA Global PTY LTD reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the warranty policy will be posted on our website and will apply to products purchased after the date of the change.
Limitation of Liability ALIA Global PTY LTD shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, or any other damages, even if ALIA Global PTY LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Under this Product Warranty, except for liabilities that cannot be excluded by law, ALIA Global Pty Ltd is not responsible for any conditions or warranties related to the supply of products. If any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one or more of the following options, at ALIA Global Pty Ltd’s choice:
a) Replacing the product or providing an equivalent product.
b) Paying the cost of repairing the product.
c) Repairing the product.
d) Paying the cost of replacing the product or acquiring an equivalent product.
