- Fill a cocktail glass with ice from your freezer—remember, your tap dispenses water, not ice.
- Add gin, cranberry juice, fresh lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
- Place the glass under your Alia X51 tap and select the sparkling feature for instant, filtered fizz.
- Top with sparkling water—adjust to your preferred level of carbonation.
- Stir gently, garnish with cranberries and rosemary.
